• The hotel organizes guided mountain tours and walks in Karpacz (according to the schedule).
• In collaboration with Green Mountain travel agencies, it organizes bus trips, including to Prague, Vienna, and the Rock City.
• The hotel building houses a Fitness Center.

• The Wellness Zone is located in the 5* hotel building.
• Guests can enjoy a swimming pool, a recreational pool with massage stations, a children's paddling pool with heated water, and 3 hot tubs.
• The relaxation area is equipped with infrared saunas, a dry sauna, and a steam room with aromatherapy*.
• Bathrobes are provided in hotel rooms. Guests of the apartments have the option to use bathrobes while in the wellness area.

• The hotel stay begins at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. There is a possibility to extend the hotel stay based on availability for an additional fee.
