I have no major reservations about breakfast, but the noise and running of the kids did disturb us to eat in peace. For this price, I definitely prefer more intimate places.

Rozrywka w hotelu wygląda tak, że jest jeden bilard i piłkarzyki. Gdzie dodatkowo się płaci 40 zł za godzinę gry w bilarda.. do śniadań większych zastrzeżeń nie mam ,ale hałas i bieganina dzieciaków jednak przeszkadzała zjeść w spokoju. Za taką cenę zdecydowanie wolę kameralniejsze miejsca.

The apartment itself didn't really contain anything. Many things were missing. The beds are uncomfortable, and the room has an unpleasant smell at the entrance.

When booking our stay, we chose an insert to the room in the form of prosecco – upon arrival, there was no insert in the room, it was overlooked and delivered only after reminding ourselves at the reception. Garage entrance - no possibility to enter the code on the panel without leaving the car. In addition, the wrong entry code was provided. We took advantage of the a la carte offer on the day of arrival - a children's dish (a mound of fries, a spoonful of carrot salad and chicken - strongly distorted proportions. In addition to the fast food menu for children, it is worth having healthier options up your sleeve. Tartare was served with different bread (bread and butter from breakfast) each time. At breakfast, the waiter collects huge amounts of tableware on trays, having a problem with smooth movement around the room. OHS? I would like to add that he carried the tray over the head of my 4-year-old daughter at the table, and 10 minutes later he dropped the whole tray, breaking most of the tableware he placed on it. A lady with blonde hair from the service - I know that a commissioned employee can work more hours, but visually in a 5* hotel, the same person we see at breakfast, dinner, event service in the evening and breakfast the next day does not look good. The biggest disadvantage, however, is the comfort of sleep. The mattress in the room is combined – one is terribly soft, heavily worn, the other is attached hard in places, worn out in spots. My daughter did not sleep the night because of the uncomfortable sofa bed, the rest of the night she slept with us in one bed (on the mattresses joint). Currently, after two nights, I struggle with stretched neck muscles due to uncomfortable pillows and the inability to find a good sleeping position. It is worth verifying the condition of beds and bedding (pillows) in the hotel. On the day of departure, the house keeping at 10:35 asks if we want to clean the room (check-out at 11:00) – while on the day before departure, the room was only armed with an additional roll of paper and garbage taken out. It's hard to grasp the assessment when considering the whole. The hotel is very well located, but unfortunately in our opinion, it has recently lost a lot in terms of quality. The food in Albero is very tasty, but we rate the hotel stay here.

Swoją opinię rozpocznę od pozytywnej strony czyli miłym przyjęciu przez recepcję, lobby bar i dobry drink na lobby. Natomiast niestety, każdy kolejny etap pobytu sprawiał, że następnym razem będziemy szukać innej opcji. Podczas rezerwacji pobytu wybraliśmy wstawkę do pokoju w postaci prosecco – po przyjeździe brakowało wstawki w pokoju, zostało to przeoczone i dostarczone dopiero po przypomnieniu się na recepcji. Wjazd do garażu - brak możliwości wprowadzenia kodu na panelu bez wyjścia z samochodu. Dodatkowo podany błędny kod wjazdowy. Skorzystaliśmy z oferty a la carte w dzień przyjazdu - danie dziecięce (kopiec frytek, łyżka surówki z marchewki i kurczak - mocno zaburzone proporcje. Warto poza fast foodowym menu dla dzieci mieć w zanadrzu zdrowsze opcje. Tatar przez nasz pobyt za każdym razem podany z innym pieczywem (chleb i masło ze śniadań). Na śniadaniu kelner zbiera na tace ogromne ilości zastawy mając problem z płynnym poruszaniem się po sali. BHP? Dodam, że tacę przenosił nad głową mojej 4 letniej córki przy stoliku, a 10 minut później upuścił całą tacę tłukąc większość zastawy, którą na niej umieścił. Pani w blond włosach z obsługi - Wiem, że pracownik na zlecenie może pracować więcej godzin, ale wizualnie w hotelu 5*, ta sama osoba, którą widzimy na śniadaniu, kolejno obiedzie, obsłudze eventu wieczorem i śniadaniu dnia następnego nie wygląda najlepiej. Największy minus to jednak wygoda snu. Materac w pokoju łączony – jeden strasznie miękki mocno zużyty, drugi dołączony twardy miejscami, zużyty punktowo. Noc nieprzespana przez córkę przez niewygodną rozkładaną sofę, resztę nocy spała z nami w jednym łóżku ( na łączeniu materacy). Obecnie po dwóch nocach borykam się z nadciągniętymi mięśniami karku przez niewygodne poduszki i brak możliwości znalezienia dobrej pozycji snu. Warto zweryfikować stan łóżek i pościeli (poduszek) w hotelu. W dzień wyjazdu house keeping o 10:35 pyta czy życzymy sobie sprzątnięcia pokoju (wymeldowanie o 11:00) – natomiast w przeddzień wyjazdu pokój został wyłącznie uzbrojony w dodatkową rolkę papieru i wyniesione śmieci. Ciężko uchwycić ocenę, mając na uwadze całokształt. Hotel jest bardzo dobrze usytuowany, ale niestety w naszej opinii, przez ostatni czas mocno stracił pod względem jakości. Jedzenie w Albero bardzo smaczne, ale oceniamy tutaj pobyt w hotelu.

Czysto w pokojach nie można się do niczego doczepić. Pokoje duże a to bardzo ważne, wyposażone bardzo dobrze choć zdziwił mnie brak mini barku w hotelu ***** to jedyny minus jeżeli chodzi o pokoje. Następnie brak zjeżdżalni na basenie dla dzieci od 2+ oraz dość mało wyposażona bawialnia dla dzieci a sporo miejsca wolnego. The hotel disappointed me on many levels: I'll start by saying that I made a reservation in December 2024 (for February 2025)-in February 2025 the hotel promoted "WYSTRZAŁOWE FERIE" so it's not hard to get the effect - a lot of people everywhere and I think it was a discomfort for everyone. The canteen was dirty, the queues to every buffet, the plates were mostly large, because everyone else was not carried and there was not enough, a driving robot that probably couldn't keep up on its own - food fell off it and the children had great fun with a modern "toy". Loud, noisy and unfortunately dirty - the food was on the tables and under them - the staff couldn't keep up with the cleaning - this is about the canteen. The swimming pool was besieged by too many people - which is not surprising, because it was the time of holidays, but there was no place for people without children. The SPA zone is perfect - for this and for the location I would give 5 stars for the hotel - for everything else I would take stars! I strongly do not recommend it to those who are looking for peace and respite!

Na stołówce brudno, kolejki do każdego bufetu, talerze w większości tylko duże, bo wszystkich innych i nie donosili i nie starczało, jeżdżący robot, który sam chyba nie nadążał - jedzenie spadało z niego a dzieci miały świetną zabawę z nowoczesnej "zabawki". Głośno, hałaśliwie i niestety brudno - jedzenie było na stołach i pod nimi - obsługa nie nadążała sprzątać - to na temat stołówki. Basen oblegany przez zbyt dużą ilość osób - co akurat nie dziwi, bo był to czas ferii, ale dla osób bez dzieci nie było tam miejsca. Strefa SPA idealna - za to i za lokalizację dałabym dla hotelu 5 gwiazdek - za wszystko inne gwiazdki bym odebrała! Stanowczo nie polecam tym, którzy szukają spokoju i wytchnienia!

I'm currently staying in Green. Unfortunately, the meals are a tragedy, I was 2 years ago at the Platinum Hotel of the same chain and it was much better. To make the food poor, it is added too slowly, after 20 minutes of waiting for them to replenish the products. No room manager can be seen to control what is happening there.

Żeby jeszcze jedzenie było marne, to jeszcze za wolno dokładane, po 20 minut czekania aż uzupełnią produkty. Żadnego kierownika sali nie widać, żeby nad tym panował co tam się dzieje.
