• The resort organizes guided mountain tours and walks around Karpacz.
• In cooperation with travel agencies Green Mountain, it organizes bus trips, including to Prague, Vienna, and the Rock City.
• There is a Fitness Center in the hotel building.

• The Wellness Zone is located in the 5-star hotel building.
• Guests can enjoy a swimming pool, a recreational pool with massage stations, a children's paddling pool with heated water, and 3 jacuzzi tubs.
• The relaxation area is equipped with saunas: a dry sauna and a steam bath with aromatherapy*.
• Bathrobes are provided in the hotel rooms. Guests of the apartments have the option to use bathrobes while enjoying the area.

* To ensure maximum comfort while enjoying the relaxation area, we inform you that the sauna area (non-textile) is available to guests over the age of 16.

• Green Mountain Hotel 5* and Green Apartments are located in Karpacz, at the foot of the Krkonoše mountains, right by the trail leading to Śnieżka.
• There are many cycling trails available around.
• We encourage you to explore all the attractions.

• The hotel stay begins at 16:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 on the day of departure. It is possible to extend the hotel stay subject to availability for an additional fee.
• The hotel adheres to standards for the protection of minors.
• The reception is open 24/7.

• The rooms in the 5-star hotel are equipped with air conditioning.
• There is a possibility to purchase a parking space - 40 PLN / day.
