At the Green Mountain Hotel 5* during the summer season, there is a bike rental service.
There is a Tourist Information Point.
The hotel organizes mountain tours with a guide and walks around Karpacz (according to the schedule).
In cooperation with travel agencies, Green Mountain organizes bus tours to places such as Prague, Vienna, and the Rock City.
There is a Fitness Center in the hotel building.

Wellness & SPA

The Wellness Zone is located in the 5* hotel building.
Guests can use the swimming pool, recreational pool with massage stations, children's pool with heated water, and 3 jacuzzis.
The relaxation area is equipped with infrared saunas, a dry sauna, and a steam bath with aromatherapy*.
Bathrobes are provided in hotel rooms. Guests of the apartments can use bathrobes while using the zone.

The Green Mountain Hotel 5* and Green Apartments are located in Karpacz, at the foot of the Karkonosze Mountains, right by the trail leading to Śnieżka.
There are many cycling routes available around.
We encourage you to discover all attractions.

Important information

The hotel day starts at 4:00 PM on the arrival day and ends at 11:00 AM on the departure day. It is possible to extend the hotel day based on availability for an additional fee.
The reception is open 24 hours a day.
Free WiFi is available throughout the property.
The rooms at the 5* hotel are equipped with air conditioning.
Parking space can be purchased for 40 PLN/day or a space in the underground garage for 60 PLN/day.
Tourist tax is 2.80 PLN/person/day.
Pets are allowed: 80 PLN/day per pet.
VAT invoice - in order to receive a VAT invoice, please provide the VAT number at the time of booking.
