Sports and entertainment

In the Green Mountain Hotel 5* during the summer season, there is a bicycle rental available.
A Tourist Information Point is operated.
The resort organizes mountain tours with a guide and walks around Karpacz.
In cooperation with travel agencies, Green Mountain organizes bus tours, including to Prague, Vienna, and the Rock City.
The hotel building houses a Fitness Center.

Wellness & SPA

The Wellness zone is located in the 5* hotel building.
Guests can use the swimming pool, leisure pool with massage stations, paddling pool for children with heated water, and 3 jacuzzi tubs.
The relaxation zone is equipped with saunas: dry and steam bath with aromatherapy*.
Bathrobes are provided in the hotel rooms. Apartment guests have the possibility to use bathrobes while using the zone.

For children, we have prepared a children's entertainment area, where they will find a playroom, monkey grove, and a playroom with arcade machines.
The hotel invites guests to a virtual adventure in the VR room.
Game fans are encouraged to use the XBOX One console.
The Green and Italian Albero restaurants serve a menu for children.

Hotel day starts at 4:00 PM on the arrival day and ends at 11:00 AM on the departure day. There is a possibility to extend the hotel day subject to availability for an additional fee.
The reception is open 24 hours.
