• The hotel organizes guided mountain tours and walks around Karpacz (according to the schedule).
• In cooperation with the travel agency Green Mountain, it organizes coach trips, including to Prague, Vienna, and the Rock City.
• There is a Fitness Center in the hotel building.

• The Wellness Area is located in the 5* hotel building.
• Guests can enjoy the swimming pool, recreational pool with massage stations, children's pool with heated water, and 3 hot tubs.
• The relaxation area is equipped with infrared saunas, a dry sauna, and a steam bath with aromatherapy*.
• Robes are provided in the hotel rooms. Guests of the apartments have the option to use robes while in the area.

• The hotel stay begins at 16:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 on the day of departure. It is possible to extend the hotel stay based on availability for an additional fee.
