• In the Green Mountain Hotel 5* during the summer season, a bicycle rental operates.
• A Tourist Information Point is run.
• The hotel organizes mountain trips with a guide and walks around Karpacz (according to the schedule).
• In cooperation with travel agencies, Green Mountain organizes bus trips, including to Prague, Vienna, and the Rock City.
• The hotel building houses a Fitness Center.

• The Wellness area is located in the building of the 5* hotel.
• Guests can make use of the swimming pool, recreational pool with massage stations, paddling pool for children with heated water, and 3 jacuzzi tubs.
• The relaxation zone is equipped with saunas: dry and steam bath with aromatherapy*.
• Bathrobes are provided in hotel rooms. Apartment guests have the opportunity to use bathrobes while using the zone.
