• The hotel organizes guided mountain trips and walks around Karpacz (according to the schedule).
• In collaboration with the travel agency Green Mountain, it organizes coach trips, including to Prague, Vienna, and the Rock City.
• The hotel building houses a Fitness Center.
• Green Mountain is a place with sports activities for adults.

• The Wellness Area is located in the 5* hotel building.
• Guests can enjoy a swimming pool, a recreational pool with massage stations, a children's paddling pool with heated water, and 3 hot tubs.
• The relaxation area is equipped with infrared saunas, a dry sauna, and a steam bath with aromatherapy*.
• Bathrobes are provided in hotel rooms. Guests of the apartments have the option to use bathrobes while enjoying the area.

• Green Adults for guests aged 16+ is situated at Wilcza 3C in Karpacz - 800 meters from Green Mountain Hotel 5*.
• There are many cycling trails available around.
• We encourage you to discover all attractions.

• The hotel stay begins at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. It is possible to extend the hotel stay based on availability for an additional fee.
• The hotel complies with child protection standards.
• The reception is open 24 hours.

• The rooms in the 5* hotel are equipped with air conditioning.
• There is an option to purchase a parking space - 40 PLN / day.
