• The hotel organizes guided mountain tours and walks around Karpacz (according to the schedule).
• In cooperation with the travel agency Green Mountain, it organizes coach trips, including to Prague, Vienna, and the Rock City.
• The hotel building contains a Fitness Center.
• Green Mountain is a place with sports activities for adults.

• The Wellness area is located in the 5* hotel building.
• Guests can use the swimming pool, recreational pool with massage stations, children's paddling pool with heated water, and 3 jacuzzi tubs.
• The relaxation area is equipped with infrared saunas, a dry sauna, and a steam bath with aromatherapy*.
• Bathrobes are provided in the hotel rooms. Guests of the apartments can use bathrobes while enjoying the area.

• The hotel stay begins at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. There is an option to extend the hotel stay subject to availability for an additional fee.
