• In the Green Mountain Hotel 5* during the summer season, there is a bike rental.
• There is a Tourist Information Point.
• The hotel organizes guided mountain tours and walks around Karpacz (according to the schedule).
• There is a Fitness Center in the hotel building.

• The Wellness Zone is located in the 5* hotel building.
• Guests can use the swimming pool, recreational pool with massage stations, children's pool with heated water, and 3 jacuzzis.
• The relaxation area is equipped with infrared saunas, dry sauna, and steam bath with aromatherapy*.
• Bathrobes are provided in the hotel rooms. Guests in apartments can use bathrobes during their time in the area.

* To ensure the highest level of comfort during relaxation, please note that the sauna area (textile-free) is available for guests over 16 years old.

• The hotel day starts at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. It is possible to extend the hotel day subject to availability for an additional fee.
• The reception is open 24 hours.
• Free WiFi is available throughout the entire property.
• Rooms in the 5* hotel are equipped with air conditioning.
• Parking space available for purchase - 40 PLN / day.
