• The hotel organizes guided mountain excursions and walks around Karpacz (according to schedule).
• In cooperation with the Green Mountain travel agency, bus trips are organized, including to Prague, Vienna, and the Rock City.
• There is a Fitness Center located in the hotel building.

• The Wellness area is located in the 5* hotel building.
• Guests can enjoy a swimming pool, a recreational pool with massage stations, a children's paddling pool with heated water, and 3 hot tubs.
• The relaxation area is equipped with infrared saunas, a dry sauna, and a steam bath with aromatherapy*.
• Robes are provided in hotel rooms. Guests of the apartments can use robes during their time in the relaxation area.
• At Dr Irena Eris Beauty Partner, prior appointments for treatments are required. We encourage you to check the SPA MENU. Please make reservations for treatments in advance: spa@green-mountain.pl or 75 306 75 77.

* To ensure the greatest comfort while using the relaxation area, we inform you that the sauna area (textile-free) is available for guests over 16 years old.

• The Green Adults Aparthotel is located in Karpacz at Wilcza Street 3C and is intended for guests aged 16+.
• Green Mountain Hotel 5* and Green Apartments are located in Karpacz, at the foot of the Krkonošsko Mountains, right by the trail leading to Snezka.
• There are many cycling routes available nearby.
• We encourage you to explore all the attractions.

• The hotel stay begins at 16:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 on the day of departure. It is possible to extend the hotel stay subject to availability for an additional fee.
• The hotel adheres to standards for the protection of minors.
• The reception is open 24 hours.

• Rooms in the 5-star hotel are equipped with air conditioning.
• Parking space can be purchased for 40 PLN / day.
